Large pub with a seasonal British menu, & a terraced garden.
Decorated in 'shabby chic' style with a multitude of differing tables and chairs. The open plan bar leads past an area with an open kitchen through to the large garden, which includes a covered decked area Emphasis is on food, but a pub atmosphere is maintained. Yummy pub food of decent portion sizes! The spring grove never disappoints and always has their own premium twist on pub classics. Highly recommend for a Sunday roast or weekday dinner.

I just wanted to write in to say thank you to the entire team for making my 83 year old mum’s Mother’s Day so very special. Right from the booking process, to the welcome we got as we came in, the service was exemplary. Mia, Evie, Luke and every single member of staff were attentive, kind, sensitive and a joy to be around. What a lovely atmosphere!! I saw them interacting with customers positively. The food was fresh, excellent ingredients and expertly made. Choice of drinks was plentiful. And the lovely flowers were an added bonus! Mamma was over the moon. We shall be back soon.

Some pubs you stumble across and can't quite believe your luck as you walk in...perform the normal stroll through to the back to fully assess land ask yourself "How did I not know about this pub until now?!"... I'm not sure if under new management or not, but it's a truly lovely pub with friendly locals (chatted to a few), excellent pub food (the kind you really want from a top pub) and is generally very clean and pleasant atmosphere. I never normally review but felt the need as I feel it's a great establishment for the area. I will be back! With friends and on my own, with a book. Well done…

We had a evening get together with 40 friends and family to celebrate our wedding from earlier in the day. Jack and his team we really accommodating and helped us from our first enquiry and all the way through. Food was great and we had a fab space for all of us. Everyone was really friendly and helpful, it was perfect way to finish the day.
