About White Hart

Neighbourhood pub with painted wooden panels, mismatched furniture and a cardboard stag's head.

On the southern apex of the Crystal Palace triangle, the White Hart has resumed its original name after a period as an imitation 'Irish' Bar. It now offers food with open view kitchen and three handpumps on a semi-circular bar counter. 'Open mic' on Thursdays and DJs on Friday and Saturday evenings add to the mix. Quiz night on Mondays. 20% off on Tuesdays Note: Card payments only, no cash.

We have been to the White Hart other times, especially for Sunday roast. This time I decided to give it a review. The staff is very polite and friendly, they have a good variety of options for Sunday roast and they are all delicious. The beer selection is also good. One of my favourites places for Sunday roast in Crystal Palace. Recommended

Just had lunch at this pub, and we had such a wonderful meal. Great atmosphere, great service, amazing menu. Not many pubs have a lot of choice, a great salad on the menu; or healthy food and this place had the most delish selection. Kids menu was generous and only £8.50 for a large main and pudding. YUM! Also, had tables in the sun! Highly recommend - we would def come back.

Lovely tradition pub in the heart of Crystal Palace. I had the 21 day aged beef roast with all the trimmings. It was good but food was lukewarm so got cold very quickly. Also tried the halloumi fries and crispy calamari and apple and gooseberry crumble. Nice atmosphere and music.

I can never fault the White Hart, my favourite pub on the triangle and in Crystal Palace. Great selection of beer and food. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend a visit, even just for a drink. Will be back again soon.
