I was here at 8pm on a Sunday evening and it was quiet. Despite that it took time to get served which was disappointing. This pub has a nice decor and is spread out on two floors. I opted for a 12yo double Balvenie scotch at £10.60. They did have four casl ales. The downstairs toilet was closed so I had to use the unpleasant upstairs toilet with it's wet floor. They do offer food although I did not eat. This is a nice pub, I will give it another go and hope for better service.

This is a popular pub in the area. We sat upstairs which is much nicer than downstairs. Service was friendly and helpful (got table service). Ordered the sharing board which was good for two people (the others had already eaten and recommended the pies). Each of the components was tasty. Especially the duck croquettes. The padron peppers weren’t too big and had a good coating of salt. The chorizo was decent. Overall I liked it and would go back for a pie.

Glad to have found this place, as I had a wonderful Sunday roast here! The dining area was wonderful, very bright, plenty of space, and quite charming. Went with the beef option for the roast which was quite spectacular. Ordered pigs in blankets on the side, and they were so delicious. Only note is maybe to add more gravy, but that's really nitpicking. Definitely will come back to try the chicken option for their roast.

Lively pub just on Bishopsgate by Liverpool Street station. Attracts travelling football fans who interchange at Liverpool Street station on matchdays. The lady who was manager there was nice and friendly - and kindly put the cricket on upon request, when football wasn't being played. NeckOil on tap. RECOMMEND.

Enjoyed a lovely pint of neck oil in here before catching my train home. Decent pub, good choice of beers and tv plus music.
