Rebuilt in 1869 and now impressively remodelled. it comprises a spacious, busy main bar for over 21s connected to family friendly seating areas and outdoor patios each end.

Lovely Sunday lunch in the bar. Charlie was our server and was super helpful. The Yorkshire pudding was great - and that means a lot coming from a Yorkshire person! Great, dog friendly pub. Perfect after a muddy Sunday walk across Wimbledon Common. We stayed here overnight for a weekend away during Lockdown and can recommend the rooms as well. Lovely decor and most importantly, a super comfy bed

I went there for a Sunday Roast with some friends this last Sundays just gone and I must say, it was the best Roast I've had in a long time. The dining area was warm and inviting, and not too loud, despite it being busy so we didn't have to shout across the table. Our server, ?Erick? was fantastic, he made sure we were well looked after and was very attentive. Would be back again, definitely!

My friend and I ate lunch on a Wednesday at midday. Melanie was the fantastic staff member looking after us, she was very friendly and efficient and gave us a great experience. We both enjoyed the food (a burger and fish and chips) and a lovely half of wine. Location was perfect for us and at that time the restaurant was quiet and a cool area away from the heat. Thank you!

Had a great Sunday lunch recently at the Dog and Fox. It’s a lovely spot to sit outside on a nice day and have a delicious Sunday roast. My chicken roast was delicious and my daughter really enjoyed her fish and chips. Service by Melanie was great, even though I could tell the staff are very busy.

Hi there, I booked Sunday lunch for my family and was very much looking forward to it, the decor and ambiance where great as was the staff the only really disappointing thing was there were so many things not available on the menu that it took the shine off the experience, there was no beef for the roast dinner which I could live with but then was told there were no pigs in blankets, cauliflower cheese and one of 2 other things. I was told that you’d had a busy Sunday service but in reality this shouldn’t really be my problem and some of those missing items are not difficult to get hold of.
