A lovely pub (and hotel) with two identities on Google maps. The Rose & Crown offers a fine selection of both keg and cask beers. Great service from the team behind the bar. A lovely place to spend some time.

Great old english pub. Food looked good . Great homely vibe in the bar area. Good looking beer garden out the back. Fast service at the bar.

This was my first time at The Rose & Crown, we had planned lunch for my mums birthday. From the get go the staff went above and beyond to accommodate us, getting us a table outside, and acknowledged it was a family celebration and were very sweet towards my toddler. We were seen swiftly and checked up on often, always with a smile. The food was fantastic, and we didn't have to wait long for it either. The pub is lovely and the atmosphere in the garden was great, busy but not heaving, and the Olympics was on the big screen which was great in the background. Lots of cute dogs around too! I…

I recently stayed at the rose and crown with my wife. All of the staff were extremely friendly and professional and could not do enough for you. The food was delicious and very tasty. The hygiene was exceptional. We loved the rain fall shower it was amazing and the rooms that we stayed in were lovely and comfortable. The only downfall was the Internet it was problematic. We would definitely stay at the rose and crown again.

We stayed here for two nights and had a wonderful time. The staff were very friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble for them. The rooms were very comfortable and well stocked with high quality items. The breakfast was tasty and plentiful. With the added bonus of parking, we highly recommend this place. Thank you.
