The Stables restaurant has a great menu and breakfast options and good coffee. I will definitely be back to try more of the menu. Nice change from the High Street, definitely worth a try.

Friendly staff, course in decent condition considering the rain we’ve had. Full English breakfast was the best I’ve ever had. Staff very friendly.

We recently held my father's Wake at Wanstead Golf Club. Bernie and Ann are so kind and really helped me with its organisation and took the stress out if it for me. People commented that the food was lovely and I am very grateful to Ann for running the catering so seamlessly. Thank you to everyone for helping Dad's Wake run so smoothly.

Review of Sunday Lunch at Wanstead Golf Club I recently had the pleasure of enjoying a Sunday lunch at Wanstead Golf Club. The roast dinner featured a generous portion of meat, which was beautifully presented. While the accompanying vegetables offered a fresh touch. It was evident that they use quality ingredients. I have been here a few times to play, and the course is enjoyable to play with very good greens and fairways. I found it really easy to get to and the central line train is a short walk away for people like me who do not have a vehicle. I can also highly recommend the food in the clubhouse, I loved the chicken wrap I got for lunch!
