Superb pub, friendly staff and good priced quality beer. Always a pleasure to visit, just wish that I lived closer! Nice to see the polished brass.

Great hidden north London pub, extremely intermit surrounding with pub garden for warmer weather,a totally different experience from the larger pub in the surrounding Muswell Hill area. If you notice the railway bridge,it is the famous walking/cycling north London abandoned railway from Alexander Palace to the back of Finsbury Park, excellent views!!!!

Best Guinness I’ve ever had. Didn’t eat there , just went after bonfire night and drank. I started liking Guinness after coming to this place, but can never find another just like it! Need to come back again!
