Fabulous local pub that is very welcoming with a great selection of beers and wine. Has a range of different events, we love the quiz on a Monday and Saturday night live music. Just heading down for a few drinks in the pub or sitting in the beer garden is great to. Love this little gem 💎

I’ve stopped myself from leaving a review in the past as I was hoping to be proven wrong…. The only good thing about this pub is the pizza. We’ve tried it a few times and had a negative experience every time. Management/owner is rude, my husband had a beer on his own to be told by the guy behind the bar he was no longer allowed to serve him drinks and needed to leave, he asked for a reason and wasn’t given one. The owner had told the guy behind the bar his instructions. It Is meant to be a kid friendly but really isn’t.. the owner does not seem to like children at all, we’ve experienced…

Lovely little pub, about half way up Shooters Hill. Great selection of beers and always a good vibe. Weekend afternoons are always well-spent here! The only drawback is that the pizzas are not quite as good as at the Star, and the clientele are ... cliquey? - there's a very noticeable "local pub for local people" atmosphere.

Haven't offered food there so no comment on that. It's my favourite pub in the area. Good crowd, good selection of drinks and it's dog friendly.

Arrived here as part of the jumble sale group. The barmaid greeted me with a smile and really made me feel welcome. The interior is decorated well particularly the 'study' area and the mapped table. Just a quick thank you for having us for the jumble sale. Thank you.
